The house is at the top, the garden in the middle and a glass office pavilion at the bottom. Mateus walks out of the house and along the stone path to work. The office doors slide open on their own: the sensor recognises staff (green light) and lets guests in on amber. The team arrives through the garden gate in the morning and leaves at 5 pm. Every morning Mateus runs a briefing at the whiteboard, and before bed he changes into his pyjamas behind the screen. In the office the team waits for tasks at no cost; a screen only lights up when Mateus assigns something. A courier brings lunch, and the postman drops mail in the box by the house.
